Aside from creating one-of-a-kind custom shoes, Hannah B Designs is expanding from unique footwear to hand-dyed apparel, personalized items, and custom home decor. Offering unique designs that bring personality and style to your closet and your home.

Local Delivery: If you are located in Salem, VA or Roanoke, VA area, we offer personal delivery right to your doorstep or mailbox at no cost.

Shipping outside of Salem/Roanoke VA: For customers outside of the local area, shipping cost will be added. Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

We currently accept Venmo and PayPal for all orders. Both options are secure, fast, and easy to use. A deposit of 50% will be required once the order is confirmed. Full payment must be completed before your order is shipped and delivered.

Meet Your Artist

Owner/Artist: Hannah Butcher

A first-generation sneaker artist, Hannah Butcher, is using her artistic, influential, and authentic abilities to create unique shoes that are custom hand-painted and/or rhinestoned to fit an individual’s uniqueness. Hannah’s passion for art stemmed from her time in an IB art class that she took in high school. Her love for art remained when she graduated from high school however, she did not pursue it until graduating from Virginia Western Community College. After graduating from college, Hannah dappled into mixed media art where she soon found that combining her love for shoes and painting could very well become a substantial moment for her. Now, just a year later, Hannah has developed an abundance of custom hand-painted & rhinestoned shoes that are like no other! Timeless unboxing reactions, smiles, and words of encouragement are what drive Hannah to pursue the special talent that she has. Her goal is to remind everyone who wears the shoes ‘that with every step you take leaves a mark of who you are’. With that being said… welcome to the world of customized shoes!!

Q: How does pricing work for custom shoes?

Exact prices are not listed as everything is custom work and will depend on the brand/style of shoe. Once we dicuss your custom design, an exact price will be provided.

Q: How will I receive my product?

If you are located in Salem, Virginia or Roanoke, Virginia, I can deliver to your door step or mail box. If you are located outside of Salem or Roanoke Virginia, shipping cost will be added. I will provide you with the tracking information.

Q: Will the paint wash off my shoes?

Each pair of shoes and other painted/rhinestoned products are sprayed and coated with a protective waterproof sealant. Avoid washing anything. If dirt appears, use a cold wet towel with a drop of detergent and spot clean lightly.

Q: If I want to order something, how does it work?

First, you'll want to submit an order form by clicking "CLICK HERE". From there you'll fill out the order form questions. Be sure to list what products you would like and include any theme ideas, shoe option/style (if purchasing), shoe size (if purchasing), and an image (or two) of your idea. Please allow at least 24 hrs for us to receive the form. Once we receive the form, we will contact you to discuss the custom design via phone or email.

Q: How long until I get my product?

The current wait time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Our wait time can increase during the holidays due to a higher volume of orders and delays in supply chains. Please feel free to contact me for any updates on the current turn-around time.

Q: What part of the shoe can be customized?

Any part of the shoe can be customized apart from the Converse logo. Colored shoe strings are also available, but you must add it in the order form.

Q: What if I created my own idea that is not listed?

My brand is all about uniqueness. Having your own idea/design is great. When filling out the order form, be sure to be as descriptive as possible and adding an image would be great!

Q: Can I provide my own shoes, apparel or home decor for you to customize?

Yes! If you have a pair of shoes, apparel or home decor, please send me a picture via text or under the order form. Anything sent will have to be approved.

Q: What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please double check your shoe size before ordering. If you have any issues, please contact me. We are here to help.
